Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1+ year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking aSchool-Based Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)to facilitate communication between students who are deaf or hard of hearing and their peers, teachers, and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure equal access to education through high-quality interpretation services.

• Dates : ASAP - End of school year
• Full-Time
• 1 : 1 interpreting position
• Student is deaf and has additional visual impairment
• Student relatively new to ASL, so language modeling is part of this role
