Description : Lead maintenance strategy for one of the largest facilities in North America for our client, a Fortune 500 CPG company. If you're a seasoned maintenance and reliability leader with a passion for TPM, predictive maintenance, and team development—this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Own

Oversee maintenance & reliability across 2 plants, 3 shifts, and 13 high-speed production lines
Lead a team of 100+ including Maintenance Managers, Reliability Leaders, Engineers & Mechanics
Drive TPM, RCM, and predictive maintenance initiatives
Collaborate with Ops, Quality & Engineering to improve KPIs
Shape long-term capital strategy and expense planning
Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, EPA, GMP, and SQF standards
Serve on the site leadership team, influencing business planning and budgeting

Compensation & Perks

Compensation : You can earn up to a total (Salary + Annual Bonus) of $210K plus be eligible for a long-term incentive bonus that can add up to an additional $20K

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)

10+ years in Maintenance Management in manufacturing

4+ years in food / beverage, other CPG manufacturing

Deep knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, compressors

Expertise in TPM, RCM, FMEA, RCA, CMMS (SAP preferred)

Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills

Union experience a plus

Six Sigma certification preferred
