What Youll Do :

Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships

Lead roofing projects from start to finishsales through final completion

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations

Ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Track and manage budgets, timelines, and documentation

What Were Looking For :

5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing

Strong sales and project management record

Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.)

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

Valid drivers license and ability to access rooftops
