Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the technical direction of their team and drive scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines

Lead the design and development of major software components and features

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Technical Operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Minimum 10+ years of professional software engineering experience

Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails

Experience with React and micro-frontends

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including CI / CD, testing, and source control
