Join Our Team at Heart of Florida Landfill General Labor / Site Helper
Location : Lake Panasoffkee, Florida Pay Range : Starting at $19-$20 DOE, working 5055 hours per week
About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious General Laborer / Site Helper to support daily operations at our Heart of Florida Landfill. Prior experience in landfill or waste services is a plusbut we're happy to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site and facility maintenance
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping
- Walk slopes and collect litter to maintain site cleanliness
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Receive training to operate heavy equipment and drive a semi tanker
