Location : Hybrid in Dallas, TX , Tampa, FL , or Jersey City, NJ

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in infrastructure , Oracle , and AWS . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring smooth delivery of infrastructure and cloud-related projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Support infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations.

Work closely with Oracle and AWS teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

Create process flow documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or infrastructure environments.

Hands-on experience with Oracle technologies (e.g., databases, ERP systems, or integrations).

Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based infrastructure.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, etc.).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
