Senior / Middle Golang Engineer (AI Labs)

Today, we build and operate critical systems in the anti-fraud, compliance, marketing, pricing and customer care domains.
Your mission is to guide us through our next chapter : building a robust Platform that other engineering and data science teams will use to ship their own features.
You won't just be writing services; you'll be architecting the foundational systems that enable faster, safer innovation across the company.

What You'll Build & Own :

Platform Core : Design, build, and optimize high-performance Golang microservices that will serve as the backbone for our new platform.

ML Infrastructure : Automate and enhance our MLOps pipeline using MLflow.

Tackle challenges like dynamic model selection, champion-challenger patterns, and shadow mode deployments to make our systems more agile and intelligent.

Dynamic Workflow Engine : Integrate ML models and business rules directly into our customer verification workflows, moving beyond static configurations to a dynamic, rules-driven system.

Data & Feature Engineering : Develop scalable ETL pipelines and feature stores to power real-time model inference and complex aggregations for compliance monitoring.

Cloud-Native Foundation : Own and evolve our infrastructure on AWS (EKS, Kafka, SQS, OpenSearch, etc.), with a strong focus on observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), reliability, and incident response.

We're Looking For :

A proven track record (4+ years) of designing, building, and shipping production-grade systems in Golang.

Deep experience with cloud-native architectures on AWS (or similar), including container orchestration (Kubernetes / EKS) and managed services (Kafka, SQS).

Strong engineering fundamentals : distributed systems, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and API design.

A passion for solving complex business problems with elegant technical solutions.

You see the "big picture" without losing sight of the critical details.

Excellent communication skills (English B1+) and the ability to guide technical strategy and mentor peers.

It Would Be a Major Plus If You Have :

Experience building internal platforms or developer tools for other engineering teams.

Knowledge of ML systems lifecycle (training, serving, monitoring) and tools like MLflow.

Familiarity with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, Temporal) or rule engines (e.g., Grule, Drools).

Background in the FinTech, marketing, anti-fraud, or compliance domains.

Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (CDK, Terraform) and a keen sense for operational excellence.
