We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy DC Systems Technology Lead to support the launch and ongoing operations of a new Direct-to-Consumer distribution center in the Phoenix area. This is a unique opportunity to be the first technician on-site , with the potential to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.
Base pay range
$25.00 / hr - $32.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain warehouse systems including WMS (Manhattan Active), WES, MHE, and WCS
- Manage and resolve support tickets; participate in on-call rotation
- Act as the primary technical liaison for warehouse operations and business teams
- Assist with system configuration, deployment, and vendor coordination
- Provide feedback on system capabilities and process improvements
- Offer basic desktop and network troubleshooting as the on-site IT support liaison
- Contribute to backlog management, UAT approvals, and Agile-based initiatives
