Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a specialty in Tuberculosis (TB) care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with tuberculosis, suspected tuberculosis, latent TB infection, and other infectious diseases. Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Licensure : Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky. Current CPR certification (must be maintained).Experience : Experience in infectious disease care is strongly preferred.Technical Skills : Clinical expertise in TB diagnosis, treatment, and patient education.Soft Skills : Knowledge of cultural competency and trauma-informed care, or willingness to learn. Strong collaboration and patient education skills.Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with TB or suspected TB.Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for infectious diseases.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.Educate patients, families, and the community about disease prevention and treatment plans.How
