A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Associate II.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute timely and accurate monthly / quarterly property financial statements for a portfolio
Oversee internal and external audits, bank reconciliations, and cash management processes
Assist with annual budget preparation and year-end reconciliation processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA desirable
Minimum of 3-5 years of Real Estate Accounting experience is required
Knowledge of CAM and FASB 13 is necessary
Experience with Real Estate specific software, such as MRI or Yardi
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; Access knowledge is desirable
