We are looking for a qualified Front Desk with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making skills.

The applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills and MUST be flexible.

Key Requirements :

  • Successful history as a Front Desk Agent or related hospitality experience / customer service experience is appreciated.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule. Available Monday to Sunday. Mornings : 7-3am AND Evenings : 3pm-11pm Required.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Task-driven individual.

Responsibilities :

  • Register & process guests and their assigned rooms.
  • Accommodate guest requests.
  • Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms.
  • Up-selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services.
  • Handling cash payments.
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
  • Answer calls professionally / Make guest reservations
  • Check in / Check out / Check on guests
