Overview
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Paycor clients, spanning from single product delivery to multi-product, complex relationships. Regardless of complexity, the Implementation Consultant executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients\' business requirements. Successful Implementation candidates will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically, the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients\' needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize the Paycor software to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $51,500.00 - $82,212.00 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
