Vice President of Accounting

A company is looking for a Vice President, Accounting Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Accounting Shared Services organization, setting strategic direction for accounting operations

Develop and implement a scalable shared services model to promote standardization and process improvement

Oversee compliance with U.S. GAAP and manage payroll, accounts payable, and indirect tax operations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with hospitality experience required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, USALI, and internal control frameworks; CPA or CHAE certification preferred

Proven success in process standardization, automation, and team management

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with financial software preferred
