Duties : The day-to-day operations including coordinating, managing, and monitoring the workings of the service & replacement department which includes the following :

• Establish work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance.
• Manage inventory and warranty returns.
• Review, edit and approve service technician invoices.
• Provide support to service techs, dispatcher, accounting, and sales team.
• Review, edit and approve service A / P invoices.
• Manage and review installs and repairs generated by sales team.
• Customer complaint resolution.
• Manage the maintenance of service vehicles, equipment, and company tools.
• Manage any startup that may be needed for construction dept.
• Manage 1st year warranty for completed construction jobs.
• Review financial statements and reports to improve profitability.
• Review and manage marketing strategies.
