Our Videographers are responsible for capturing the energy and artistry of our live events through high-quality video coverage. Using provided Sony video equipment, youll record every on-stage performance and manage the event livestream throughout the weekend. In addition to performance coverage, this role includes capturing dynamic, engaging content to support and elevate our brand across various social media platforms.

We are looking for team members who are reliable, technically skilled, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Camera Operator :

• Set up and test all video equipment before the event begins
• Record high-quality video of every performance
• Set up and manage the event livestream from start to finish
• Break down and properly store all video equipment after the event concludes
• Apply a solid understanding of shot composition, exposure, framing, color balance, and basic audio to ensure each video is visually polished
• Stay focused to keep all recordings in organized folders
• Attend mandatory training
• Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Event Director
