Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making final hiring recommendations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, expertise, and alignment with the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate recruiting.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong background in corporate recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
