You will work with Shopify merchants to answer their questions through email and live chat, guiding them through learning our apps and helping identify and resolve issues they may be experiencing. At some point, you will have to provide entertainment as the host of our weekly team lunch, so ask us for the scoop on Meal of Fortune.
