Must Have Experience :
6+ years of experience in related role
Previous experience monitoring progress against operational KPIs and surface risks or dependencies as needed
Manage procurement activities, including PO lifecycle creation, vendor tracking, and reconciliation against services delivered, ensuring alignment with Finance and contract timelines.
Suggesting process improvements
Previous exp with procurement systems, SAP pulls, Coupa, financial modeling, forecasting
Monthly financial reports, ensure reports are reconciled
Excel : Experienced, pivots, formulas, financial modeling
Key Responsibilities
Budget & Financial Execution
Maintain and update trackers for Talent budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations.
Support financial modeling and analysis to strengthen business cases for strategic initiatives.
Prepare variance reports and provide detailed documentation to support budget reviews.
Keep dashboards current with relevant financial metrics for leadership visibility.
Manage procurement activities, including PO lifecycle creation, vendor tracking, and reconciliation against services delivered, ensuring alignment with Finance and contract timelines.
Analytics & Reporting
Collaborate with the Talent Optimization Lead to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide insight into costs, investments, and ROI.
Support with the consolidation of inputs from Finance, Procurement, People Analytics, and People and Culture into clear, actionable summaries.
Assist in preparing data-backed materials that inform leadership discussions and planning.
Business Case & ROI Support
Partner with the Talent Optimization Lead to build and refine financial models and ROI trackers for Talent programs.
Conduct research and gather baseline data to support strategic case development.
Ensure all inputs are accurate, well-documented, and ready for review and presentation.
Operational Support
Assemble materials and slide decks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other leadership forums.
Maintain and reconcile headcount and workforce cost data (e.g., openings, hires, transfers) to ensure consistency across Finance, People Analytics, and the broader P&C organization.
Ensure accuracy and integrity across all deliverables.
Monitor progress against operational KPIs and surface risks or dependencies as needed.
Continuous Process Execution
Execute repeatable operational processes with precision and consistency.
Suggest process improvements where appropriate and document changes once approved by leadership.
Provide reliable baseline data for internal and external benchmarking initiatives.
Suggest supplier engagement improvements to optimize the overall Talent COE cost
Procurement & Vendor Execution
Create and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring all entries are correct, complete, and approved.
Track PO lifecycle and reconcile against services delivered.
Maintain vendor records and track contract renewals or expirations.
Prepare procurement data summaries for leadership review.
About You
Experience in HR operations, finance, or data analytics.
Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Vizier, Power BI, Workday).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
Fluent in English.
