Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and assignments
