Aquatics Manager

Salary : $40,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements :

Availability to work full time

Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8 : 30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)

Ability to manage and lead a team

Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

2 years swim experience

2 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 37-40 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 930 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm that rotates weekly.
