Key Responsibilities

• The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator will develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Partner with other EHS Coordinators to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and facility inspections.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, air and water quality, environmental permits, and hazardous materials handling.
• Deliver EHS training and education to employees at all levels.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and communicate EHS performance to management.
• Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies and coordinate facility inspections.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in EHS performance.
