Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Consultants across multiple product lines
Develop and implement scalable pre-sales strategies, including demo frameworks and value messaging
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies and ensure consistent solution delivery
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or enterprise software pre-sales
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or matrixed teams
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and insurance technology solutions
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
Sales and service orientation with strong facilitation and relationship building skills
