We’re hiring a New Home Sales Assistant to join our nationwide team. Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus, but not required—we’re looking for someone with great people skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow. In this role, you’ll support our sales team by staffing the model home, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting marketing efforts. You’ll be based in Medford, OR, with our builder partner, Hayden Homes.

This is a part-time position, averaging around 30 hours per week, with hourly pay of $16–$18 , depending on experience. Weekend availability (especially Saturdays and Sundays) is required.
