WCNC Charlotte is seeking a dynamic and visionary producer to lead our Charlotte Today lifestyle program into its next era of success. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of Charlotte's local entertainment shows. The producer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Charlotte Today, including content development and production. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to evolve the show while maintaining its core focus on local stories and paid content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the show's content and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the entire Charlotte Today Team to create compelling segments that resonate with viewers.
• Oversee daily Charlotte Today calendar and resource allocation to maximize production value.
• Analyze linear and streaming data to continually refine and improve the program.
• Organize and execute sponsored segments.
