Summary : Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, serving as a key leader in developing and implementing effective, patient-centered treatment plans. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional committed to clinical excellence and ongoing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, providing clinical direction and leadership on interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records, including comprehensive social and medical histories.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.
• Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to formulate precise diagnoses and guide treatment interventions.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain professional licensure, uphold the standards of the medical field, and comply with all organizational bylaws, rules, and regulations.
• Actively participate in selected standing hospital committees, providing valuable input within your area of expertise.
