As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the critical link between our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in the field and our internal operations—ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a support-driven environment, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to grow their skills in sales operations and cross-functional coordination.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support (Approx. 20%)

  • Partner with RSMs to manage daily sales activities including pricing, product availability, SAP quotations, and lead time coordination.
  • Prepare and submit Requests for Approval (RFAs) in ARIBA for special terms, consignment, and scrap orders.
  • Maintain and share equipment order details with service, PMO, and sales teams.
  • Communicate directly with factories to gather machine specs, trial license info, and custom development requests.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate revisions as needed.
  • Set up SAP accounts for new customers and ensure complete order packages are submitted to operations.
  • Lead internal meetings to confirm order status and system accuracy.
  • Support aftermarket sales through NEXUS system updates and order processing.

Reporting & Analysis (Approx. 10%)

  • Generate weekly inventory and stock reports to support forecasting and factory planning.
  • Maintain accurate data in the NEXUS system for internal and external reporting.
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration (Approx. 10%)

  • Participate in system testing and change initiatives to improve workflows.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements for greater efficiency.
  • Engage in training and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Take ownership of special projects as assigned.
  • What You Bring

    Must-Have Skills & Experience :

  • 3+ years in sales support or customer service within the CPG industry
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.com
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills with a willingness to learn more
  • Proven job stability and reliability
  • Bonus Skills :

  • Experience with quoting systems and customer service platforms
  • Familiarity with ARIBA and NEXUS systems
  • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.
