Registered Nurse - Winter Temp. Program - Pediatric Care Center

Location :  ChristianaCare Newark Campus - Women's Building

Contract Length :  12 weeks

Start Date :  December 8, 2025

Shift : 7 PM - 7 AM

Flat Rate : $52.00 / hr + differentials

Shift Options :

12-hour shifts (7pm-7 : 30am)

Choose between  48 or 72 hours per pay period

Flexible, self-scheduling  available

Must commit to  24 weekend hours  per 4-week schedule block

✨  Program Highlights :

Work in one unit  for the duration of the contract – no floating or being pulled to other units

No holiday requirement  for Christmas, New Year’s Day, or MLK Day

Weekend requirement :  24 hours every 4 weeks (typically 2 shifts / month)

Education and Experience Requirements :

• BSN preferred, ADN required.
• 2 years of recent Pediatric RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
• Pediatric, pediatric emergency, emergency department or critical care experience preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
• BLS Certification required; ACLS & PALS strongly preferred.

Hourly Pay Range : $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
