Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development Methodologies. Experience with continuous integration and build tools such as Ant, Maven, Jenkins, etc. Experience with Red hat Linux, Unix or Windows operating systems. Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting. Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audience. Participate & drive requirements discussion with end-users / customers. Guide the development team. Document requirements. Develop UI wireframes. Design and Development of system. Create Test Plans. Perform Functional Testing including regression testing. Prepare build and deployments scripts. Deployment, Implementation and Post-production support.
Technology Lead – Java / J2EE / Microservices
We are seeking a Technology Lead with experience in Java / J2EE and Microservices. The role is full-time and located in Tukwila, WA.
Qualifications :
- Basic : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience in IT.
- Preferred : At least 2 years of hands-on Software Development experience in Java / J2EE platform, at least 1 year of experience working in Micro Services based architecture, knowledge in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), No SQL (MongoDB), and experience with relational databases and ORM technologies.
