Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of U.S. Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the assigned West Western Territory, driving revenue through Seek Fire Channels and developing relationships across the region with dealers / distributors and Seek Fire product end-users. We are unable to sponsor a work visa.

What We're Looking For

The Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer will serve as the technical leader of mechanical design for next-generation thermal imaging products. This role requires deep technical expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to guide a team through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to volume manufacturing. You will collaborate with electrical, optical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to deliver rugged, high-performance, and manufacturable products, while setting best practices and mentoring the mechanical engineering team. The Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer will report directly to the VP of Engineering.

What You'll Do

• Lead the mechanical design architecture for multiple thermal imaging products and platforms.
• Define mechanical design strategies that optimize performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Oversee complex tolerance, stress, thermal, and modal analyses.
• Drive design from concept to production, including prototyping, EV / DV / PV test phases, and launch.
• Lead critical design and cross-functional reviews to ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Manage schedules, risks, and trade-offs for mechanical deliverables.
• Implement advanced mechanical solutions for ruggedized, high-precision, and thermally constrained systems.
• Champion DFM / DFA practices and ensure smooth transition to high-volume manufacturing.
• Provide technical mentorship and career development for mechanical engineers.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, design standards, and documentation rigor.
• Partner with optics, electronics, and industrial design teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Engage with suppliers for material selection, process validation, and tooling optimization.
