• Other details : The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. This opportunity is for a full-time locum position, though providers with a minimum of three days per week and long-term, ongoing availability will also be considered. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, with both 10- and 12-hour day and evening shifts available. Multiple providers are scheduled daily. There are no daily guaranteed hours, lunch is unpaid, and overtime is calculated per day after the confirmed shift, with no weekly overtime. The average daily census is approximately 135 patients, including L&D, endoscopy, cardiac, EP, and imaging cases. There are 17 operating rooms in total, all active at once, with a 4 : 1 medical direction model. Providers will handle complex cases including neuro, spine, ENT, and EP. Required procedures include arterial lines, intubations, and ventilator management. Pediatric cases are expected. New graduates will not be considered for this position.
