WHAT YOU'LL DO :
As a pediatrician at Zarminali you will focus on :
- Patient Care : Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
- Growth, Development & Preventative Health : Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
- Patient & Family Education : Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
- Documentation : Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration : Working closely with support team members, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

M.D. or D.O. degree required from an accredited institutionCurrent and unrestricted license to practice medicine in MinnesotaCurrent and unrestricted Minnesota DEA licenseMust be Board-Certified in PediatricsAt least 2 to 3 years of post-residency experience working in a pediatric settingComfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environmentEmpathy towards patients, families and caregiversBLS / ACLS CertificationWHAT WE OFFER :
