A company is looking for a Senior 3Cs Engineer to focus on the implementation and fine-tuning of systems for camera, player movement, and control in a new video game project.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and fine-tune systems for character, camera, and controls in collaboration with designers and other engineers
Develop and implement systems in-engine for a multiplayer environment using C++ and Blueprints
Communicate and collaborate across departments to manage the prioritization and implementation of 3Cs systems
Required Qualifications
Experience in creating 3Cs systems in professional 3rd person, multiplayer games, including AAA projects
Thorough understanding of core 3C concepts such as camera behaviors, character movement systems, and controls accessibility
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, art, narrative, and production teams
Curiosity, kindness, and a positive, professional attitude
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 is a plus
