job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and scan equipment Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicles Troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and recommended solutions Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques Proven experience as an automotive mechanic (3+ years preferred) Proficient in using diagnostic scan tools and software Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle makes and models Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid drivers license and clean driving record ASE certification is a plus (but not required) Opportunities to grow with the company Paid, ongoing training and professional development A collaborative, supportive work environment Competitive compensation and benefits
