job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInstall, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems. Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner. Perform routine HVACR service or maintenance activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance. Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record. Valid social security number. Must pass a background check and drug test. EPA Certification is required. OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs. Be able to bend / stoop, squat / crouch, climb, kneel and twist. Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.

HVAC Residential Technician – Service, Maintenance, Installation, Ductwork at Fuss Free AC in Pinellas Park, FL.
The job is in the West Coast area : Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and other surrounding cities. Must have 5 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.
We Offer :
