About the Role

We're looking for a SEO Specialist to own and scale Archer Review's organic search strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for increasing organic visibility, improving keyword rankings, and driving qualified traffic to our website and digital properties. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who loves both the technical and creative sides of SEOdigging into data, conducting keyword research, optimizing site architecture, and collaborating on content strategies that resonate with our audience. We're also looking for someone excited by possibilities and opportunities of AI search and has a keen interest in AEO / GEO. You'll have a direct, measurable impact on how nursing and medical students discover Archer Review and the resources we provide.

Base Salary : $65,000 - $70,000

What you'll do

Technical SEO : Collaborate with developers to ensure proper site architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed, and mobile performance.

About you

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic technical troubleshooting.
