About the Role

As part of our Hematology / Oncology team, the APP will :

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of oncology / hematology patients.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in patient education, care planning, and ongoing support.
• Support clinical and operational initiatives that enhance the patient experience and outcomes.
