Position Overview — As a Field Engineer 3 at Kiewit, you will play a critical leadership role in the execution of complex infrastructure projects and oversee daily field engineering activities. You'll provide technical guidance to field teams, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and optimize construction operations for safety, quality, and profitability. This role also includes coordinating closely with Superintendents and Project Managers. You will ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract specifications. This position requires advanced technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to mentor a team of field engineers.

Working Conditions
