Project Estimator (Rocky Hill)

About the Role :

Were hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator to manage the full bidding process for large-scale commercial, municipal, and institutional roofing projects across Connecticut and the Northeast. This role involves reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, pricing materials / labor, and submitting competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities :

Review drawings, specs, and addenda

Perform material and labor takeoffs

Evaluate supplier / subcontractor quotes

Prepare and submit bids and RFPs

Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings

Coordinate project handoffs with teams

Maintain estimate and bid records

Qualifications :

35 years of commercial roofing estimating (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)

Skilled in estimating software (e.g., The EDGE, Bluebeam)

Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction drawings

Valid drivers license
