Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Technician III to join a prominent company within the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This team is onsite at their Queen Creek, AZ location and will be supporting their Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM shift. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with extensive relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 10+ years of experience of maintenance experience in Industrial Facilities
  • Experience supporting mechanical equipment including but not limited to : HVAC system, chillers (1500 ton), cooling towers, pumps, boilers, air compressors, exhaust fans, collectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of Electrical Safety standards (NFPA 70E) and proper PPE (Arc-rated Suit, etc) while supporting electrical equipment up to 4160V.
  • Experience troubleshooting / diagnosing Building Automation Systems (BAS), including the ability upgrade, program, modify and optimize system setpoints to maintain efficient and stable facility operations

Day to Day :

  • Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the facility, with a strong focus on safety and organization.
  • Maintain and repair a wide range of industrial systems, including HVAC units, electrical panels, pumps, and production equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure all cleanroom standards are consistently met.
  • Use the Building Automation System (BAS) to optimize facility operations and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs, including ordering necessary parts.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manage inventory to support maintenance and operational needs.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all systems are running efficiently and safely to support production and facility goals.

    • Compensation : $38 / hr to $48 / hr

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Benefit packages for this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as additional benefits. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
