Z / OS Mainframe Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a Z / OS Mainframe Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automated solutions in the z / OS environment

Support existing in-house solutions and provide customer support for vendor applications

Identify and automate processes to enhance efficiency for customers and departments

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with z / OS, BMC Mainview Autooperator / CSM, and Broadcom's OPS / MVS

5+ years of experience with REXX, TSO commands, ISPF, DB2, JCL, and SAS / WPS

5+ years of experience with CA7, Control-M, Endevor, IDz, and ADDI

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred knowledge of z / VM, IBM z Virtualization, and DevOps tools
