Position Overview :

We are currently hiring a Pediatric Home Health Aide to care for a 6-year-old male child in Jeannette, PA. The aide will provide compassionate, hands-on care both at home and school , supporting all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with personal care : hygiene, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility

Provide supervision and support throughout the day

Follow a care plan and communicate effectively with the care team

Help create a positive, structured routine

Support care in both the home and school setting

Schedule :

During school days : 1 : 30 PM - 6 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)

During school breaks : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)

No weekends required

Requirements :

Experience in pediatric or home care preferred

Home Health Aide certification is a plus

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, and dependable

Must have reliable transportation
