Job Details

2–5 years of transactional real estate experience

Strong exposure to purchase / sale, leasing, and property management agreements

Bonus if you’ve handled borrower-side finance or joint venture structuring

JD and active CA bar in good standing required

Looking for attorneys who are proactive, communicative, and team-minded

Strong writing and negotiation skills are key — they’re not looking for someone who just redlines
