A company is looking for a Care Pro Relationship Manager to develop and execute staffing strategies that enhance experiences for clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute market staffing strategy through outreach, relationship building, and creative staffing processes
Provide exceptional service to Care Pros by being their primary contact and facilitating quality matches with clients
Coordinate with Client Manager to ensure effective care delivery and manage real-time issues related to clients and Care Professionals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience in client management or high-volume customer service, with staffing experience preferred
Background in operations or healthcare / home care environments preferred
Strong analytical abilities with a data-informed approach to staffing and scheduling
Comfort with technology, including scheduling and workforce management systems
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
