Job Title : Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)

Location : Multiple openings across Laredo,TX and Santa Fe, NM & Roswell, NM

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $425,000 - $550,000 annually (based on experience and location) + Full time benefits

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided.

Comprehensive benefits package (health, retirement, malpractice, CME, PTO, etc.).

Limited call - only for own post-surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide ENT consultations and manage a clinic caseload of ~20-25 patients / day.
• Perform in-office ENT procedures (required).
• Conduct surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and surgery centers.
• Manage post-operative care and follow-up for own patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes.
