LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a behavioral health client to fill a Family Advisor position. This position will be instrumental in delivering personalized care and support to meet the unique needs of the clients. The organization is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of their clients and their families.
Compensation range for the role is $60-80K based on experience.
The position is hybrid, in office Monday - Thursday, home office on Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment & Planning : Evaluate family situations and develop personalized action plans tailored to their specific behavioral health needs.
- Advocacy : Advocate for the family's needs within the healthcare system and connect them with appropriate community services.
- Education & Support : Provide education on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources to help families manage their situation effectively.
- Coordination & Collaboration : Collaborate with social workers, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for the family.
- Resource Connection : Guide families to various community resources, such as support groups, treatment facilities, and other social services.
- Crisis Intervention : Offer direct support and crisis intervention during emergencies to help families navigate difficult situations.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential client records of interactions, progress, and service plans.
