Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-screening processes and present candidate shortlists to recruiters and veterinary professionals

Utilize data-driven sourcing techniques and market research to provide insights that shape recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary industry

Bachelor's degree required

Experience managing complex recruitment campaigns and achieving hiring goals

Ability to source and screen for hard-to-fill positions while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline

Workday experience is a plus
