A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist responsible for managing claims submission and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and submit claims within payor guidelines to ensure timely and accurate filing

Resolve and appeal claims denials while collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Manager to optimize workflows

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the billing function

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a revenue cycle support role

Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets

Independent, critical thinker with strong adaptability in a changing environment
