In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for mixing and blending product batches with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. We are open Monday-Friday with overtime available. Some overtime is mandatory, and work hours adjusted for necessary business reasons, e.g. training, order demand.
The Operator works with chemical processing equipment to formulate standard or custom products according to product specifications. Every day the Operator will track the production schedule, follow batch sheet instructions to accurately and efficiently set up, weigh, measure, and mix raw materials in proper sequence. Next the Operator will add ingredients either manually or with pumps and meters, accurately record the required information on the batch sheet, and submit samples to QA. Finally, the Operator will prepare approved finished product for the container and label it for shipping. Overall, the Operator must be adept in learning and safely executing formulating procedures for the Production Department.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Passing a respirator fitting and pulmonary fit test is required.
