We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys across multiple practice areas, including but not limited to litigation, real estate, corporate, compliance, and employment law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive paralegal support across various legal disciplines (litigation, transactional, regulatory, etc.)
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents including pleadings, contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
  • Manage case files, maintain document databases, and ensure timely updates to matter management systems
  • Coordinate discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production
  • Prepare and organize exhibits, binders, and trial / hearing materials as needed
  • Support due diligence efforts in corporate transactions and compliance projects
  • Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, courts, and third parties
  • Assist with e-filing in federal, state, and administrative courts as applicable

Qualifications :

  • Paralegal certificate or degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience with exposure to multiple practice areas
  • Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case / document management software
  • Familiarity with court rules, filing procedures, and transactional processes
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
