Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced temp Accounting Manager to cover a 6+ week medical leave. This role will oversee and perform full cycle accounting for a small global manufacturing company (annual revenue $5M). Duties include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, invoicing, collections, and payroll for internal employees. You will play a crucial role in month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting analysis on a monthly basis. Using Excel and Business Central ERP daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
• Payroll using ADP.
• Responsible for invoicing, collections, data entry, and journal entries of invoices.
• Oversight of payroll for internal employees.
• Conduct month-end close and financial reporting of the close process.
• Perform budget and forecasting analysis on a monthly basis.
• Assist with general ledger, reconciliations, and other accounting functions as assigned.

Work Environment

The role is initially on-site with the potential for remote work (1 or 2 days from home) based on performance. The position reports directly to the CFO, who is located in Denmark. This opportunity offers valuable experience in the manufacturing industry and is initially a 6-week contract with the possibility of extension or permanency.

This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00 / hr.
